We are currently seeking a Machining Supervisor to oversee the facility’s machining operations in Mooresville, NC. The Supervisor is responsible for manufacturing supervision, delivering on production goals and metrics, coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.
The ideal candidate will be able to guide and assist in training employees and be results driven. The goal is to ensure that machining operations are carried out productively to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
The candidate should have previous management/supervisory experience in a CNC machining environment. The candidate should be able to display professionalism in communicating to various departments on both shifts including, but not limited to:
The candidate will be responsible for insuring proper production levels and productivity of two shifts and staff in various departments.
